Ms. Milham's entertainment practice focuses on the music industry with an
extensive background in contract drafting and negotiation, copyright and trademark matters, and career consultation for all music industry affiliates. She also deals in book publishing, photography, copyright licensing, and multi-media issues. She is the Chair Emeritus of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section of the Florida Bar and the author of both the Florida Bar's publication The Practice of Music Law In Florida (First and Second Editions) and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts' publication Arts Law in Florida: A Guide for Artists and Arts Organizations. |

Julee L. Milham has been a solo practitioner in Tampa Bay, Florida since
1986, beginning in entertainment law, commercial litigation, and corporate representation. Her current practice is almost exclusively entertainment work and Alternative Dispute Resolution, private and court-based. She counsels select non-entertainment businesses. |

Ms. Milham has served as adjunct professor of Entertainment Law for
Stetson University College of Law and on the Board of Governors for the Florida Chapter of NARAS (National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences). She in on the Arts, Entertainment and Sports Advisory Committee of the American Arbitration Association and appears as a speaker and panelist in numerous enterainment-related seminars and conferences. |
